1. What are your shipping times?

Our shipping times are between 1-4 business days after your order is processed. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

 

2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We currently do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with your order. If you believe there is a problem, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if a return is approved.

 

3. Can I customize my order?

Yes, we love creating custom designs!

  • How it works:
    1. Add the cup or apparel item you’d like to customize to your cart.
    2. Select Custom under the design options.
    3. In the Notes section at checkout, tell us what you’d like.

If you have a specific image, please email it to us at Plumascraftedco@gmail.com with your order number. Please allow us 24 hours to respond to your email.

 

4. What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at Plumascraftedco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

5. How do I care for my custom products?

  • Apparel: Wash inside out on a gentle cycle with cold water. Tumble dry on low or air dry.
  • Cups: Hand wash only; avoid soaking or scrubbing harshly to preserve the design.

6. Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

Changes can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Contact us at Plumascraftedco@gmail.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
